Founded in 2020 by Courtney Gwatkin a British pastry chef whose industry experience spans over 14 years. Courtney has spent her career working in exceptional establishments such as: Yauatcha, Royal Courts of Justice, RIBA & The Honourable Artiterly Company. In 2019 Courtney became the Head Pastry Chef of a corporate global head quarters for a world leading prestigious client.

It was only natural that in 2020 when the pandemic started & while being at home she embarked on the life long dream of opening her own business. Using all her skills gained throughout her career & bringing delicious quality treats to clients homes.

We care about our planet, the enivroment around us & the affect our business has on it. All our packaging is eco friendly either recycable or compostable. The electricity we choose to bake your treats is eco friendly using renewable sources. We promise to continuly look & research into eco friendly ways of operating.
